Timber-Frame Technology

The technology requires the use of timber of the appropriate quality grade. The framework is constructed using certified, kiln-dried Swedish timber with the correct moisture content, ensuring dimensional stability throughout the building’s lifespan. The timber is planed—a feature that enhances fire resistance—and meets the C24 structural strength class. Using the right timber for the building’s structure guarantees that all quality parameters are maintained throughout its service life.

Roof truss technology

A timber-joining technology using metal nail plates, based on an American license. It ensures good roof stability and flexibility. Furthermore, the precision of the prefabrication process guarantees a level roof surface for the roofing material.

The technology requires the use of wood of the appropriate quality class. Requirements: kiln-dried wood of strength class C24.

What is the most important for your wooden house?

  1. Partitions providing the required heat transfer coefficient.
  2. Material quality: a. High quality of timber used for building the structure;
    • High-class insulation materials ensuring appropriate wall permeability and preventing thermal bridges, among other things through the constancy of their positioning;
    • Materials safe for health.
  3. The application of appropriate layers to prevent the dew point from forming inside the wall. Vapor-permeable partitions – what is this about? Diffusion is the spreading of molecules, which intensifies under the influence of temperature differences on both sides of a partition, generating pressure. This is precisely what causes molecules migrating from the inside to the outside to need a free path (vapor -permeable materials) so that moisture can quickly escape to the outside and condense there (dew point) under the influence of the temperature difference. If this process is disrupted and condensation occurs on the inside, the wall is exposed to fungi and mould. To prevent this, materials with higher vapor resistance should be used on the inside to block molecules from passing from the room to the outside through the partition. On the external side, it looks different: the further outward, the more materials with low vapor resistance are needed.
